Note from Rod

Welcome to what is primarily an online notebook on my current thinking regarding leadership and organizational change.  As a leader in a large organization I’m often asked for leadership advice or mentoring.  I’ve chosen this format to start the dialogue, not only in my company, but your company as well.

Leadership is a noble calling.  Those who have heard me speak on the subject know I consider it a moral obligation to lead with integrity and compassion.  While we all fail as leaders, our intentional desire to improve, be transparent, practice sound judgment and create results should motivate forward.  If you find yourself in the position of leader, or aspire to become a leader, I welcome you to this dialogue and hope your journey is filled with the joy of learning.
